1st XV won 67-12 at home to Portadown 1st XV in the league

2nd XV won 33-5 at Portadown 2nd XV in the league

At the start of the season we lost at home to this side.

Another example of the improvement in the squad as the season has progressed.

3rd XV had a walkover win in the league when Randalstown 3rd XV could not field a team.

U21s XV won 35-12 at home to Carrick in their cup semi-final - brilliant

Another great result for this squad of young players that has grown in numbers, ability and enjoyment as their season has progressed.

Instonians Fundraising Ball – Fri 13th May

Hello all

The Instonians Fundraising Ball with Sean Fitzpatrick is only 3 months away.

We have sold 51 tables in a mix of 10 and 12 seats.

Due to hotel capacity that means we have just 10 tables left to offer.

If you are intending to come along to the event, please book your table or seats as soon as possible to avoid potential disappointment closer to the date.

“Here Come the Girls” ladies lunch

Our ‘Here Come the Girls’ ladies lunch at the Club scheduled for Sat 29th Jan has unfortunately been postponed due to Covid restrictions. The Ladies are currently working with the Bar Committee to identify an alternative date. We’ll confirm this asap.

Instonians Communication App

The Instonians Executive Committee have now received the final design proposal for Instonians 1App which will become the communications tool for all on and off pitch details for rugby, cricket and hockey. Development will start early February and is expected to be completed late spring.
