Instonians Cricket is calling all ladies!

At Instonians we want to start a ladies cricket. Lets grow the club. We are looking for any mums or girls age 16 and up who are keen to start playing cricket or keen to even learn about cricket. There will be a 10-week program put in place over the winter with a review at the end of it to see where we can go to next with it.

The sessions will be held in the RBAI Sports hall and ably run by Nikolai Smith with the help of James Shannon.  There is a view to try and get outside coaches in if possible to help with different ideas and making it more enjoyable.

It will run from 7:30pm to 9:00pm each night and the cost is £75 for the 10 sessions if you sign up early with Paddy Ellerby or Nikolai Smith otherwise £80 signing up on the night.
